How This Helps

Saved Views let you freeze and reuse queries across large datasets. This makes it easy to organize, revisit, or share filtered subsets without manually recreating queries each time.

Saved Views are dynamic, named queries that live inside a Dataset. They allow you to define a set of filters, searches, or similarity conditions and revisit that exact data slice any time. The underlying data stays current—so the view always reflects the latest results that match your criteria.

Key characteristics of Saved Views:

  • Views don’t duplicate or store data—they act as a persistent filter definition.
  • Views are dataset-specific and visible to all collaborators.
  • Each View uses a View Descriptor, which includes filters and/or search logic.
  • Views appear in both the Views tab and within the Explore tab of a dataset.
  • Views are currently immutable—they must be deleted and recreated to be changed.

Why Use Views

Saving frequently used queries helps teams stay aligned, reduce repetition, and scale their workflows across different objectives or team members.

Use Views to:

  • Boost efficiency— Save time by avoiding repeated filter configuration
  • Ensure consistency— Standardize how teams work with data subsets
  • Create flexible workflows— Define views for tasks like Training Candidates, Outliers, or QC Required

Save a Query as a View

You can save any filter combination or search query as a View.

1

Apply Filters or Search

Open a dataset and apply any filters, label constraints, or similarity searches.

2

Click 'Save as View'

Once your query is ready, click the Save as View button.

3

Name the View

Enter a descriptive, unique name for the view and click Create View.

Explore a Saved View

Once created, Views can be accessed at any time:

1

Open the Views Tab

Navigate to the dataset’s Views tab.

2

Select the View

Click on the desired View to load the matched results.

Share a View

You can easily share a View with another user on your team:

1

Click 'Share View'

Go to the Views tab and locate the View you’d like to share.

2

Enter Email

Click Share View, enter your colleague’s email, and click ** Share**.

3

Confirm Delivery

Your teammate will receive an email with the View details and a link to open it.

Delete a View

You can delete Views that are no longer needed.

1

Locate the View

Go to the Views tab and find the View you wish to delete.

2

Click 'Delete'

Click Delete, confirm the action, and the system will remove the View.

Saved Views are ideal for reproducibility and team collaboration—use them to build repeatable workflows that scale across experiments or roles.
